This is Jamie from Confessions of a Book Junkie. I have decided that enough is enough and I am going to shed all those unwanted pounds that I have been carrying around for entirely way to long. What I need from you is a super huge cheering section because if I don’t have a cheering section I WILL lose interest and those unwanted pounds won’t be going anywhere.

So now it’s time to share my starting weight: 175.5 pounds (I’m a 1/2 a pound from my absolute heaviest). Now my goal is 140 pounds, which means I have to lose about 35.5 pounds.

Wish me luck I’m going to need it!
